Exchanges & returns
- Items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with the original bill.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Innerwear, socks and accessories, for hygiene reasons.
- Items bought on clearance or final sale.
- Altered or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery for a replacement or full refund.
Refund method
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, or as store credit where applicable.
